First of all San Francisco is about 6-7 hrs from LA so that consumes a day right there. Also most of the places you mentioned are all day trips as well. You might want to think about slowing down but if not here's some more
Pier 39 (SF)
Aquarium of the Bay (SF)
Old Sacramento (Sacramento)
Sutters Fort (Sacramento)
Wine tasting (Napa and San Luis Obispo)
Pismo Beach (Central Coast)
Giradeli Square (SF)
Outlet Malls (Vacaville, Gilroy)
Monterey bay aquariun (Monterey)
Bubba Gumps (Monterey and SF)
Six flags discovery Kingdom (Vallejo near SF)
La brea tar pits (LA)
Six Flags Magic Mountain (Valencia, on the way to LA)
LA Zoo (LA)
Hard Rock Cafe's (SF, Sacramento, LA, Hollywood)
Haight and Asburry (SF)
Harris Ranch steak house (Coalinga, CA it's on the freeway between SF and LA if you are going south its right after you pass the cows, you'll know what cows I'm talking about when you see them, if you are going North it's the 198 exit if you get to the cows you've gone too far)
Have fun

Hit Long Beach and make it a day at Disneyland. Honest it's worth it. Get a 1 day park hopper and enjoy.

Also as far as Monterey goes try to go to the Aquarium there. Its a beautiful place.

Also as far as beaches in LA go to Santa Monica Pier and if you can take a trip down Venice Beach.

I doubt you can do all of that in 10 days even if you only spend a little while in some places. Many of those places are an all day thing to really experience them. Adding anything would just increase the number that you can't do.

You need to learn to slow down a little and spend time just meeting people and exploring a place in depth. That is the real wonder of travel.
