Who was William Woodsworth, and what are some common themes in his poetry?

I have to write a five page research paper and I just need somewhere to start. In my paper I have to read 3-5 of his works and determine a common theme or symbol.

These sites are a great start for reading about Wordsworth and his poetry. When choosing a poem to read I know it seems easier to work with shorter poems but in all honesty it is always easiest to find more in a longer piece. Choose a longer poem and then see if you can find a couple of shorter pieces that share the same symbolism or theme. (I did this for a paper I had to write on Whitman.)

Also choose a poem you like because you will have to read and reread it often. The more you like it when you start the less you will hate it when you are done with it. Hopefully, when the paper is done you will still love it.
