Any coin shop will do, or check eBay for similar items.
You have a red seal $1? Those are pretty good, even in low grade. They were only made one year (1928). The red seal $2 bills vary in value over a wide range, from barely over face to a few hundred dollars, depending on series (1928 and 1928A through H, 1953, or 1963) and condition.

The link below is a listing of all red seal $1 notes presently for sale on eBay. As you see, they are hard to find for under $50, even in low grade.

The reason the ink is different is the series 1963 note is a United States Note not a Federal Reserve Note. You have to remember that the series of a note is not the date the note was printed but when first authorized. They also change the series when one of the signatures change. The series 1963 should have the signatures of Granaham and Dillon, the series 1963A are Granaham and Fowler. I think the notes were printed up to the late 1960's. As for value it trends for $7 in fine and $9 in grade extra fine. A trends value is about what a dealer sells them for. He pays much less. It is worth holding onto for as time goes by the only place the value can go is up.
