If you had a choice of whose powers you wanted,Spider-man or superman, whose would you pick?

Spiderman has some nice powers, but to me they are not as exciting as Superman.

Spiderman has the Spider Sense, the enhanced speed, the ability to wall crawl, the web shooter (or actual ability to make webs), but he is not Invunerable.

Superman has Flight, Speed, Strenght, Vision Powers (Heat Vision, X-Ray Vision, UV-Vision, Microscopic Vision, etc), Invunerability to everything but magic and Kryptonite. Depending on which Superman, he may be able to fly into space, and underwater with out need of Oxygen.

For all of those reasons, I think having Superman's powers would be more exciting than having Spiderman's powers.

That is just my opinion.

As awesome as it would be to have Superman's powers, nobody ever looks at the negatives. I can't imaging going to slap someone 5 and breaking their hand, or getting mad at something and demolishing an entire building by accident. Not to mention, in the comic book world Superman was able to have a child, but in the real world with superpowers (I know I know, but stay with me), I don't think there is a fetus around that could hold a Superchild. Plus if nothing can hurt Superman, independent of Kryptonite of course, when does he die? He would have to live his whole life watching the ones he loved die around him. I feel like the life of Superman would end up being very depressing. All that being said, Spiderman's powers...definately Spiderman.

Superman since by most accounts he is almost immortal something about the romanticism of seeing my loved ones die I feel would have a centering effect which would allow me to live each moment with then to the fullest. Although I'd rather be married to Mary Jane than Lois Lane.

Also I think I have the self control to be able to handle the super strength. The willpower it would take to be around non powered people and not harm them, but if need be be able to protect them them from anything.

Superman, hands down. I think it would be better to fly anywhere without needing to rely on shooting spider webs constantly. Don't forget bullet proof, faster than a speeding bullet... If you're spiderman, how are ya gonna get to float in outer space? =)

Superman. He's got the super strength, heat vision, x ray vision, flight and he leads the JLA. Spiderman is cool but his spider sense and wallcrawling abilities look like crap compared to Supes arsenal.
