after spending some time trying to decipher the gibberish.. I have decided that you are asking either about a superstition that if you use ice and salt to burn your hand that it will show you the letters of who you will marry (if so this is false.. it will just freeze burn you) or you are asking if it will burn you so bad you'll have a scar for the rest of your life.. and it can freeze burn you pretty bad if you hold it for a while.. I wouldn't recommend it.
