Positive feedback are labor contractions, orgasms, and things such as that.
Negative feedback are fever, allergic reactions, and such.

Labor contractions are a product of a hormone that induce labor. Once your body is in labor, contractions keep pushing to help with labor. Orgasms are pleasurable, therefore your body wants them to extend for as long as possible.

Negative feedback are things the body does to keep your body at homeostasis.

Negative feedback occurs when a response to a stimulus tends to reduce or eliminate the stimulus. Thus, high levels of blood glucose (stimulus) trigger the release of the hormone insulin, which causes the liver and skeletal muscle to take up glucose from the blood (response, which reduces the stimulus, the glucose in the blood).

Positive feedback occurs when a response to a stimulus tends to increase that stimulus. An example is the suckling response. When a baby suckles, it triggers the release of the hormone oxytocin in the mother. Oxytocin causes milk-let down. The baby gets the milk and suckles more, so more oxytocin is released, so more milk is provided, etc.....
