First remove all four tires.

Then take a large bottle of Plum brandy. Hold a mouthful of the brandy, swish it around for about ten seconds then spray evenly onto a tire. Repeat until you have evenly coated all four tires.

Let dry completely ( three to four hours)

remount.

If you mean soften the rubber to make it smoke and spin, good old household bleach will do the trick.
