Michaels then entered a feud with Randy Orton when Orton claimed that he could beat Michaels. Michaels then faced off against Randy Orton at Judgment Day 2007. The week before the match on RAW, Michaels was attacked by Orton after his match with Edge and was attacked during Judgment Day backstage by Orton, which contributed to his injury from The Great Khali. At Judgment Day, Orton defeated Michaels when he collapsed during the match. Michaels was then taken out of the arena on a stretcher and was joined by his wife in the ring. This is similar when Eddie Guerrero collapsed during his match against JBL on SmackDown!

The shawn I grew up loving has been gone for a very long time----if they bring him back it will most assuredly be as a publicity stunt---guest ref spot of something of that nature----hats off to a man who dedicated his life to making sports entertainment better

Unfortunately no. He's just taking vacation and getting his knee cut. I see him grasping on to wrestiling as long as Flair has.
How on earth do you justify a 45 year old being called the heartbreak KID????
His grandchildren could justify coming out to his theme music better then he can anymore

Not a chance. The guy is much too addicted to the attention.
I hate change and the new guys are rarely as good as the old guys. I still wish Mad Dog was wrestling.

Well maybe but I know he has a concussion and he's not dead. He just got attacked by Orton and he is not in good shape right now...so I guess all we can do right now is hope that he will come back...but to anwser your question we still don't know but it maybe ... EEK!
