I am planning to take it this summer as an elective, but have a full courseload so I don't want too much. What do you think? Thanks

Pretty easy, huh? Well since I'm also taking two math courses I don't know how much time I'm going to have to read.
Are the readings easy, generally interesting and pretty self-explanatory? I mean we all know a thing or two about Social Psych I would think, living in a social world..

I took social psychology before and I thought it was pretty easy.
You should ask the students at your school for their opinion on the social psyc professors and the class itself because professors have a big impact on the easiness of the class.

It really depends. I took a social psychology class with an incredibly difficult professor and probably performed the worst in that class compared to other psychology classes. The research is interesting when applied but the material itself is boring, really boring.

No...Social Psychology is not hard...but again reading is key...also good note taking is also key. In my social psychology class we went over around 100 studies or more!!! It is a great class and i recommend it to everyone!!! Very interesting!!! Topics you may learn about include....Attitudes, Cognitive Dissonance, Persuasion, Prejudice, Attraction...and much more!!!!

I took social psychology in college and found it to be easier than a typical course. However, there was alot of reading.
P.S. My professor was named Daryl Bem, who's very prominant in the field.

I actually took it online through my university and I had a pretty difficult teacher, but it was one of the easiest classes I ever took, like everybody has basically said there is a lot of reading and you will have to put some effort forth, butthe content itself isn't difficult.
