You really screwed yourself by getting a disciplinary dismissal. In our school there would be NO chance whatsoever that they would take you. If you had an academic problem they might give you another chance, but no one wants to take on someone whose behavior was so outrageous that they had to be thrown out of school.

You are going to have to go to some last-resort school for a year and have a squeaky-clean record while you are there. Then maybe you can transfer to somewhere more prestigious.

Whatever you do, you must be 100% well behaved from now on or your academic life is over for many years.

yes you can. but you should talk to an admission representive about this. but you would probably have to enroll in a community college until your disciplinary time was up since they'll accept you almost no matter what you did.
