you put index finger on one "u", and the thumb on the other "u".
Then, you spin the ball while flicking your wrist.
DOing this right, it will be unstoppable

the Gyro ball is gripped just like a 4 seam fastball, only you "spin" it like a breaking ball, it will move to the left, and down.
