Several methods to gesture drawing. As one person said chicken scratch works fine, that is a lot of lines overlayed to create a form. Another method is to block in the form wiht the side of the pencil creating a blocked mass. Another method is with a few stroked curved lines. Yet another method is with straight lines. Pick one and practice, practice, practice

"Block" the image using short, sharp strokes first. The idea is to set down what is essential to the image and "screen" the rest.
Thus, if you're trying to sketch your subject's face, draw the lines that will bound his/her face. You can then ignore the rest.
Within this bounding area, further block and re-block, getting into more and more detail.
Sketching (and most art) is generally about removing the inessential, not representing the essential. That happens naturally once the inessentials are removed.
Hope this helps.

i agree withe everyone else, but if you want something off the internet and you dont want to print it and you are not good at drawing, then you can do what some designers do:
tape a piece of trace paper on your monitor and trace away

hmm, I use the chicken scratch method, where I don't care if lines are out of place, also don't spend too much time on little details, just try to get the outline of the features or distinct aspects of whatever you are drawing, don't waste too much time with shadows and things, but add a little for effect.
