You need to find some old wheels from old shopping carts, laundry carts the old ladies use to carry their groceries in, use your imagination when I was a kid we built our own just like the little rascals. use plywood for the bottom base, use an old seat from a big wheel or make a seat from wood and old pollows, go to a resale shop or the good will or salvation army. use the casters and a 2x 4 to make the front for steering. attach the casters from the grocery cart wheels to make it swivel so you can steer the thing. you can get and old steering wheel from the junk yard. that is what we used when I was a kid to make them look authentic and we painted and named them we would race other streest in the neighborhood everyone had their own car. we walked up and down the alleys of Detroit and looked for things to put on our go carts. We painted them and named them. Where are looking? and what are you looking for? just use your imagination. You don't say how old you are try to get your father to help you or some old retired guy the have all sorts of skills they can carve wood, weld things, build engines here in Detroit. This is the Motor City. Most people have some type of skill. I wish you could come to my house I would help you I have an old broken little kids 4x4 in my garage we could use those wheels and I have a broken lawn mower. This sounds like fun my son is all grown up now so he wants a real car. If you have money have your parents take you to the hobby shop you can get some ideas from there but it is better if you build it on your own. It makes you more creative and you have more fun.

Leafblower engine is probably only about 32cc. My lawnmower engine is a 3.8 hp Tecumseh, but it's about 160cc, and would have about four times as much torque, so could be geared a lot higher for a go-kart. Major issue would be that the lawnmower engine is probably a vertical shaft, making it harder to adapt to a go-kart, but there are plenty of sites where you can buy adapter kits - Google it. Edit: what's wrong with it is that it's too small for a go-kart. It will be revving its little guts out just trying to get off the line then go slow. Forget about hills, unless you're only going to be going down them. It will destroy itself within a few weeks.

Most lawnmower engines have vertical shafts. You need a horizontal shaft for a go cart unless you are going to figure out a fancy drive system. Forget about the wood and get a metal frame.

Your better off looking for an old frame and motor. I tried this many times when I was a kid including mounting that motor on a bicycle and it never worked.
