If you are referring to the one in Baltimore, then no, its not a good school to go to.
If you are referring to the one in College Park, MD, then my answer is yeah, its a good school to go to.

Yes. It is well know for both its educational and sports programs. Plus, it is close to DC, so you have the benefits of having a major city nearby.
