I don't do LINKS but certainly have suggestions, and have crafted more than 1.
Since you don't strictly state fancy or plain, I'll assume modest, easy.
Determine what the base of a platform bed is, according to box spring size, and craft a Box, or an open, raised box allowing under bed access. 1x 8-10-12, #1 pine works well, with 2x2 box spring supports inside the box. Since a Queen is usually one box spring, as opposed to KING, assume that you might want to use a manufactured box spring support installed into, or surrounded by the BOX.
Then decide rough/fine for the lumber/spindles, etc.
They can either be notched to butt each corner/attached directly outside each corner without notching/attached inside each corner,,,allowing for the box spring. Determine a height, and that no light fixtures or ceiling fans will intrude into the space.
I prefer not fancy and have made a couple just using squared lumber, taking the top up to 7 or 8 ft. depending on ceiling height. The Frames I fabricated,,, I added a frame work around the top perimiter, allowing for some type of draping/curtain/sheers of each corner or lengths all around/ netting/canopy suspended, etc. Pretty much as a decorative addition. I have also seen that idea carried to the head board area in some style of fanning a sheer, etc.
The uprights can also be taken below a floating box spring frame to near the floor, creating an illusion that they ARE supporting the structure,,,OR depending on the dimensions of the uprightsand whether or not you ues a supporter ready made box spring base, can ACTUALLY BE the support for the entire bed.
For the purpose of aesthetics the posts can be drilled and counter sunk, using carriage bolts, etc, then plug the counter sink holes,,,stain/paint etc. and enjoy.
