mmm...Anything, really. Not black or white, because you're already wearing that. It really depends on what shape your nails are, and skin tones and whatever. Just wearing black and white, you don't really have to worry about what coordinating the colors.

actually i just had a dress like that for my graduation and what i did was i put glittery black nail polish ( its from OPI and its called "my private jet") on my toes and i had a french manicure on my nails. You could also skip the French manicure and put the black nail polish on you nails but if you do that make sure you only paint down most of the middle and leave a little nail on the side unpainted this will make your nails appear longer. i know you must be thinking but black is so dark but this color has a lot of glitter in it so it has a really nice sparkle to it.

red, if you want to give off an elegant look.
if you will go for it, a french manicure would probably be better. if you need to, you could get tuips, because you need kind of long nails to have this work.
