hi im serious how can the buttoks hole get back to normal i mean the musles how can it be hard like befor cuse its become esey and flat im seriuos? by the way im farnce i dont know englis well

I hate to even think what you have been doing that would cause this problem.

If you are gay. I can guess, and yes you could have a serious problem. I have no Idea whether it can ever get back to normal or not. Some muscles NEVER get back in shape.

I say this. Stop doing whatever you have been doing if you do want to get back to normal.
