Are you still in the court system? Are you having home visits from someone to check on you or is it all over with? I can't see why it would be a problem if you guys are done with everything. But just to make sure call your local Family Services and just ask. It wouldn't hurt to find out for sure. Good luck. xD

Check with your lawyer and go over your custody agreement with a fine toothe comb and then i would go to the court house and look up the laws on it for your state and see what they say. I really hope its not you deserve to be happy and no one should have the right to tell you that your bf cant live with you. GOod luck and let me know what you find out.

Legally no, morally perhaps. Once divorce theres not much you can do about her private life nor who lives at the house with or without the children present unless you have it written in the final divorce decree. It would be the same if you had your girlfriend living with you. Sorry

Well if it is, they got a lot of people to start arresting.Seems to be one of the Fad's of the times. I do not think it is proper mind you.Set's a bad example of Love and marriage for children but then I know I cant stop it either.

If you have a no cohabitation clause in your custody agreement than yes it is definitely in violation of that agreement. If not, I'd check GA family law and see what it says about nonmarital cohabitation.

It wouldn't seem like it would be a problem, unless the baby daddy says something like the moms b.f. is abusing the kids or putting them in a dangerous situation. I don't think the courts would care who lives in the house with you. I know a few people in GA who are in similar situations as you are and they have no problems with their boyfriends, friends or fam living with them. It does seem kinda strange for your mom's b.f. to be living with you, but to each its own....good luck
