it has short term effects. Mostly the gain is a water build up in the muscles. it does however help with overall gain so take it and use the maintenance level of 5 mg per day. You will like the results if you can see them.

Yes and no it works for some people and other may have no effect. Powder is the best form try the creatine monohydrate, any where from 5mg-to 20mg daily after a work out for gains 5mg for maintenance. If you stop taking it won't turn to fat, it's supposed to increase your strength intern increasing your muscle mass. It is found in meats such as steak of course low doses that's why they have supplements, i usually cycle it on for a month at a time it helps get past platoe in your work outs. Make sure you take it with some food though it may not agree with your stomach and doesn't dissolve well in water so try and put it in with your protein shakes. Hope this helps.

My nephew has been taking powdered Creatine for several years & working out. It is working for him as he has major muscle mass and is now a part time wrestler....the TV kind.it

No...it only turns to fat for the same reason PRO football player get fat when they stop working out. They keep eating the same hugh meals without continuing to work out.

i just started taking the pills about a week ago. it takes about a week for the "loading" phase.but i already see a differance. go to yahoo & type in creatine. the first website that it shows tells all about how & why creatine works( i really don't remember the name of the site,sorry)
