I've already gone to the Doctor & they took 6 viles of blood & checked for different things. Everything came back normal, but I'm still thin on top. Any suggestions of what I should or shouldn't be eating?! I take a multi vitamin as well as a Vitamin B complex for skin, nails & hair! I'm 36 & female. Please help. Rogain isn't available in this country. I'm in Europe.

Rogaine isn't the answer to everything anyway. I used "Rogaine for Women" for awhile and I thought it did more harm than good.

My hairdresser told me to try parting my hair a little off-center rather than straight down the middle. I'm not talking about a ridiculous comb-over, like what balding men do---just off-center a bit.

It looks a lot better. Hair seems to go thinnest right on top.

As women grow older, their hair forgets to grow, especially on top. Also if you've had any recent surgeries with general anesthesia, I've found that's likely to thin out the hair. Have you had any children lately? Does your doctor have any diagnosis? You seem to be healthy.
