Are cramps normal before the womans period begins, like 2 or 3 days before its scheduled.

Yes, its all a part of PMS (Pre-Menstrual-Syndrome) which can actually cause cramping and moodiness a week before your period actualy starts. Also, some women cramp and are moody several days after their period ends.

Yes bc the egg (before it turns bloody and the linning comes off), is going through ur lower regional area, makin it painful

Yeah... also might want to be on the look out for moodiness, sweet/salty cravings, back aches, etc.

yes , it is the endometrium seperating from the uterus that causes the pain, and sometimes a bit of premestrual spotting

yes, hell yes. Other things are sore nipples, head aches, lower back pain, gas, low grade fever........ it sucks :P
