When I am working, and have friends and family who "TRULY", love and care about me. At this point in my life, I am missing both. I know my family loves me, I just never see them much, they are all so busy raising their familys. Life is very empty for me right now. Get down on your knees and THANK GOD if you have family and friends around you !!!

Always and never. What I mean is , I am a happy person, so therefore always. Also I am never happy until I solve my daily problems. Quite a conflict. But to be happy all the time is not really natural and never to be happy can lead to a depression. I see that this really isn't going to answer your question. I am HAPPIEST when I am around good and considerate people. Have a good day.

I am happy when:
1) I'm with family and friends with whom I share connections with.
2) I conquer my demons and set new life marks.
3) I realize that there are worst things in life that can happen besides losing material possessions.
4) I was able to help a fellow human in need.

a little cryptic.. but always and never.. all at the same time.

There's some little part of my that's always a little happy these days.. I guess it goes to extremes when I am mountain biking, camping, fishing or in the company of people I truly enjoy though.

When I'm listening to music that I love, and when I bust out dancing around. Also, when I daydream about my celeb crush of the moment, watch soccer, and spend time with my mom, dad, and brother.

I was told that you find your happiness within yourself. If you start looking for it in others or things you'll find that they'll always let you down.

When my friends pleasantly surprise me (which has fortunately happened a lot recently!) and when I've achieved something or made some progress.
