As a born and raised Floridian, here's my two cents....
Outside of the normal theme parks, I highly reccomend the Orlando Improv Comedy Club. They always have a great line up and good food. It's a very fun alternative to the traditional Orlando vacation spots. I guess I wouldn't call that adventurous, but it is fun.
As for adventurous I reccomend Orlando Hot Air Balloons. What coud be more fun? Seriously. Such a good time. I was scared, but the people there are super nice, they really made me feel comfortable. Definitely a good expirince. And not as pricey as you might think.

Nothing, never go there, you'll hate it. It's crowded, blistering hot, has lot's and lot's of bugs, snakes and alligators. Try someplace else for vacation like the mountains!

they have indoor skydiving...you can always go to the theme parks like universal and disney, theres water parks, haunted houses, theme dinners, hot air balloon rides, and bungee jumping
