Just use a little of your own dish washing liquid, use a sponge and warm water

A pail of hot water with some Palmolive with oxy works wonders. Make sure you have a 2 sided sponge (one side with the scrubber) and a old towel for blotching. The pail for water doesn't need to be more that a gallon size and make sure the water is very hot. Take the sponge using the scrubbing side and put just a spot of the Palmolive on it and make a small paste and use it on the makeup. Let sit for jut a few minutes. Rinse the sponge using the other side to start wiping up the paste/using the towel as your blotcher. It worked for me even on fingernail polish.

Believe it or not hand soap, especially Dove will remove that make-up. Just load a wash cloth with it and scrub. Might take a couple of times. With clean towels blot up as you have been doing. Do this until stain is gone. Then rinse with clear water and dry with clean towels. Hand soap is the best for any make-up stains. Good Luck!
