well it doesn't make them perverted when they grew up in a society that said when a girl turns 15 she's a woman( quincenera). So this is the prime age for them. It's not being perverted in the sence.

Sme of it is from how they were raised seeing that they are allowed to marry kids 13 or 14 years old. Do you act that way? I know not all Mexicans don't do it. I know that my brother in law and his wife got married and had kids at a young age, now divorced he likes girls that are 20 years or more younger than him (over the legal age in US though).

For the same reason men of other cultures act like that....because they don't care and think they'll actually be admired for acting stupid. It's not just a Mexican thing.

The ones that do that are some sorry as perverts and they should think about if the tables were turned and it was their daughter or little sister getting whistled at and oogled by grown men, see how they would like it.

i guess in mexico its not uncommon to see a girl married at 13 and 14 to much older men.
when they come here the think its still appropriate and that's what gets them in trouble.
