Are genetic disease and disorders caused by older paternal age and will there never be cures or for Alzheimer's, diabetes, MS, hemophilia, autism, schizophrenia,cancers because in non-familial cases they are basic degradations of the human genome caused by genetic copy number variations?

I think it would be very interesting to know where the charitable section of the rich are donating their money. Where do you get your information?

As far as the genetic question, while the effect of paternal age is very important (something I tell people who are older & thinking of having kids) it is not the whole story. People's health can be efected by genes, age of parent, toxins, nutrition, exercise & a whole host of other factors.

Many conditions are from a combination of factors. So many people will be more concerned with different peices of the puzzle.

well by funding the research if a product comes out to cure a problematic desise they will get a huge portion of the proceeds! for example Pfizers funded the research for E.D. and then viagra was formed. The creators of the drug get a portion of the money made and the corporation gets the rest!
