final fantasy III? i don't much like it, but i played it after i played V, so i felt like i was being ripped off, since in V you could change class and keep a characteristic of another class - like... a black mage with white magic. in III you are one set solid class. so a white mage can ONLY cast white magic, no backup skills..
final fantasy IV, which is already the highest ranked final fantasy (as an RPG), is being remade for the DS

I really want to buy the DS version, i'm getting it this week, i'm just finishing another game so i can trade it in and get me Final Fantasy...it looks well cool.
I'm gonna star this question to see what everyone says efore i buy it!!

Havent played it but its final fantasy so u cant go wrong! I want a psp release of ff7,that wud be sweet!

i love the DS version, it is awesome. classic gamelplay, great storyline, awesome graphics also...all my characters r lvl 99 onion knights

7 is still the best one out there. It will never been beaten and never be out done. DS pfft..
