Hi,
That is a very good question with a complicated answers. In my opnion Iran will not become the next Iraq, but will experience some knind of strike from the US if it contuines it's nucelar policies. I could be justified only if there was not a ground invasion as our country would most likely collaspe as our armed forces would be taxed to the limit and the current US congress would deny funding. The President is only allowed to declare war for a limited time without congressional approval. North Korea would not be striked because we would risk causing an arms race with China, Japan and we would cause potential harm to our allies in the region. The US has too many pressing issues at home to be involed in international affairs. We should be strengthing the bonds forged with our allies not breaking them.

It's possible, given the make up of congress, I doubt it, they don't have the moral back bone to support our troops in harms way at the present time and given they are a bunch of apologists for our place in the world today (top power) they will do everything they can not to stand up against Iran or that ridicules fat boy in North Korea. We (this country) have never tried to run or dominate any other country defeated in war or conflict, look at Japan, Germany, Grenada etc. Libs want us on our knees, well I for one don't care to bow to Mecca 5 times a day or be told by anyone else what I should do or how I should think. I can only hope that at some point real soon the left wakes up.

It won't be the same.
You see, the conflict is world-wide. It is only in the beginning stages, so we see a few countries on each side involved in relatively low-grade conflict. [I know it doesn't get reported as low-grade, but it certainly is compared to WWII.] As the Islamists develop their organizations and alliances, the fighting will spread, and ultimately we will have a full-blown "world war."
I don't know at what point the US or other countries are likely to invade Iran. Iran certainly shows the intent to attack the West, but it doesn't make very good use of its resources, so it may not be a very great threat.

I think we should have turned Iran into a parking lot for our fighter jets 15 years ago. The crazy scumbag that runs their country is a cocky punk, and we need to snuff him, and his crazy coalition that is bent on killing all the Jews and Americans he can by funding those that call us 'White Devils'.
Drop a nuke bomb on those roaches and see the price of gas drop, and since it will turn the sand to glass, we can drill for it faster and cheaper!!
This clown makes Saddam and Osama Bin Hidin' look like a church mouse in a poor house!

If we were smart about yes.
However, I think it is going to take Iran to denoate a few nukes in the U.S. before liberals catch on this war with Muslim terrorism is real.
