Fear and loathing is going to be a lot deeper and intelligent than than the other two
So it depends on what you want; light-hearted or deep? What mood are you in?
At the end of the day though, do you really need to see ANOTHER Adam Sandler movie?

No competition!
Wedding Singer with Adam Sandler.
Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore together are a great team, Loved Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates.

I love empire records...but the same goes for the wedding singer...look at it this way...billy idol is in the wedding singer...and when adam sandler sings the song where he is asking someone to kill him...its absolutly hilarious...
but if you want to enjoy a lot of music...empire...the part where there singing along to acdc and that money song (which is in the wedding snger) are fun times...wish i could do that at my work...
i would go with the wedding singer...

"Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" I'm not a big fan of Hunter S. Thompson, but Depp's performance is great, as always, and Terry Gilliam has a fantastic sense of direction. Go for this movie, for sure.
