Y is a vowel. It would be nice if people would say ...This is for my HISTORY homework, or Math HOmework, etc etc...so we could know what kind of direction it could be headed.

but i dont see constitutionally being an outside object.

Tattoo Parlor. That's two words and not enough vowels, but it's all I came up with. I can't imagine this homework is going to mess up your grade too horrifically if you don't get it exactly right.
