Had Britney done anything illegal? Because really, I think Paris should be going to jail because she endangered the life of herself and others by doing something illegal.
I might dislike Britney's clothes, but I don't think she's openly broken the law yet.

Who ever is driving drunk or under the influence. It's not illegal to put a buzz on........just illegal to indanger others lives while driving all f$@#^! up. So, I'd say both.
