What advice would you give to someone who is only interested in high risk bond investment?

Check out Bond funds, they have a mix of high risk bonds so that if one of them get hammered then you dont lose everything.

Better then stocks? Depends on what you want.

High risk bonds? At least diversify so you're less likely to lose your entire investment.

As to bonds vs. stocks, it depends on what your investment goals are.
