There is absolutely nothing wrong with getting a breast reduction. My cousin has very large breasts and has had back problems since high school because of it, shes always wanted to get a breast reduction but she can't afford it. There are simple yet temporary solutions as in getting a more supportive bra, but if you have the money to get a breast reduction, I say go for it. Obviously it has it's dangers just like any other surgery which you should research and make your decision from there.

That's a perfectly logical way to help the pain. If you don't want surgery, perhaps you could take some sort of pain killer, but that's not helping the problem. Large breasts can cause back problems, in addition to pain. You could also have a breast reduction instead of a lift, but if it were me, I would opt for the lift. It will help with the pain, and your breasts would be smaller after surgery.

FYI I saw your first question.
You NEVER stated that you had back pain and that you wanted a REDUCTION. Everyone but me over there is thinking you are talking about breast implants. Clarify that next time. :)
If you have back pain you would want a breast REDUCTION and not just a breast lift (usually a reduction includes a lift).
You can get it covered by insurance as well since it is causing you health issues (back pain).
My insurance company covered it 100%.

It is unlikely that uplift surgery will help, but reduction might. If you are getting back pain due to breast weight this may qualify as medical rather than cosmetic and may thus be available on the NHS. Discuss it with your GP.

if they are too big then get a breast reduction. A lot of women have problems with back pain due to large breasts. Wearing a supportive bra will help a little. Hope I helped

Get a proper sports bra. I mean properly fitted. That is what have. I mean i don't have really saggy boobs but i have large ones and it does help. Speak to the local bra shop and get fitted for a bra properly. That should help relieve the strain. Also speak to your doctor about it
