c. you need to start eating more protein to gain lean muscle to gain some weight (not fat)

merely consume a balanced weight-alleviation plan (undergo in suggestions end result and vegetables and milk, no longer basically junk nutrition). top is hereditary, so in the adventure that your mum and dad/grandparents are taller, there's an excellent possibility you will proceed to grow taller. For now, merely get some shoes with a thicker sole to look to be taller....and have endurance.

i think you are a bit light for your height. you probably need to be more like 95 pounds for 5' tall. however whatever you feel most comfortable with for your weight is best.

As far as growing taller, that is completely dictated by your genetics. nothing you eat or drink will help that. you need to look at your family and see how tall they are. I am within and inch or two of both my parents and my grandmother. So start there.

I actually stopped growing at 13 years old at 5'4".

LISTEN TO ME:
eat iron food and zinc foods
also eat iron capsules every other day after a main meal
and zinc capsules twice a weel after a main meal
also eat foods with lots of calcium and have a balanced diet

your weight is a bit skinny but average for your height...if you want to grow, your weight will go up slightly

72 is a good weight. And being shorter is good, I always like the shorter girls. That may be becuse I am 6 ft but I always like the shorter girls. Alot of my freinds do too. most acctaully so dont with away the shortness.
