do you have a simple, classy camisole that you could wear underneath? or....if you made the sash, baste a triangle of that same cloth into the dress where you are having cleavage issues.

if you're really handy, you could also take in the dress on the sides and baste there, as well...

Maybe you can buy one of thoes tank tops that have an inch or two of lace on top and just let the lace part show through.
Good Luck & Im sure whatever you decide you will look beautiful

i have that same problem too. i'm not especially proud of it but some occasions, you just have to flaunt your stuff. wear a cute lacy bra underneath and just let the top lacy part show. don't let more than an inch pop out. it actually looks very classy as opposed to showing everything and looking trashy.

can you wear a camisole underneath it? I do that all the time with some blouses and dresses that are too low cut.

Maybe you can find a cute camisole with lace that matches the dress which you can wear under.

put a t-shirt unferneath in a color that matches the dress but not the same color unless it has 2 different colors. and if it is a really formal dress don't put a t-shirt underneath it but if it is casual to formal do so. i do it all the time and it looks super cute.

You can wear something underneath that will cover what the dress doesn't (maybe a tank top, tube top, or camisole).

i think that you should hear your hair down to kinna help camouflage the low cut dress. do something elegant to your hair though. don't just let it down and not do anything to it. it may help draw attention away from the low cut of the dress.

try a cute lacy cami underneath... this will only work for some dresses but worth a try.
