Do i need to go for a PharmD?

I have a BSc. in pharmacy (Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy) it is a five academic years degree program. In this case, is a PharmD of any use for me, or shall i go directly for a MD?

In the U.S., you can practice with a five year B.S. Pharmacy degree.
