That's a personal decision you have to make. A lot of bad things happened to me in the past, but I've learned from and grown from every one of them to be the person I am today. I wouldn't change anything I've been through, because I'm stronger for the experience.

Guilt is a wonderful mechanism that keeps peoples ethics in check. If you tripped walking up to a stage it'll keep you on your toes next time because you find presentation to be vital. If all you do is relent on the past then you may have a problem though. There should be a point where you say wow I looked like an idiot but, I'm not so **** it.

If you didn't experience life then you would have no memories. With no memories there would be no regret and if you have no regrets would have learned anything?

you control the way you react to something. but there's no point in regreting it because you can't take it back. it's a part of you, and you don't have to be ashamed. you might feel like you shouldn't have done it, or that you wish you could take it back, but there's no point dwelling on it. and if you tell someone and they reject you for it, it's their problem.

ohh, philosophy in psychology!! I love it!

No, it's not bad.. without our past we would not be who we are today. As an example.. when I was 13 my older brother killed himself.. that was a horrible experience.. and it took me a decade to get over it.. but now I'm a healthy, well adjusted and very wise adult.. I wouldn't be who I am without my past.. granted I wish my brother was alive.. but I wouldn't change who I am for anything.

Count it all good for it is the plan of God for us. We are created for God's pleasure and it is best to trust God that everything that happens to us is for our good. We may not see it at the time but it will be made known in the future.

if it is your fault then you should set your mind not to do it again. if it is not your fault then you should try to stay away from the same situation from happening again.

the words and concept of "bad" and "good" are illusion. we dont have to do anything in life. what we do and dont do will always affect us. the affect of yourself on yourself is always a choice

depends on who/what you hold yourself accountable to. you must figure that out first. then conduct your self-reflection accordingly.

besides... you already know the answer to your question. as i like to say, advice is what we ask for when we know the answer but wish we didn't
