Why can't there be a woman's silhouette, too?

Yes there should be a blank avatar of a woman too. I mean we have to check what gender we are when we sign up. Why can't there be a blank female and male head?

Perhaps you should be asking yourself why it bothers you so much, as opposed to why it is this way. Also, who are you to say that's a man? Women can't have short haircuts and broad frames?
Playing a bit of the sexist game yourself, aren't you?
