The second group is probably the toughest to distinguish; the first group has 2 of the best all-time with Cy Young and Walter Johnson- people overlook Mathewson though; the third group was probably the easiest although Gibson and Koufax can flip/flop, I started out with the lefty. People over value Nolan and his K's, but he walked a ton and his ERA was no where near the conversation of Koufax and Gibson; the last group has 2 unknowns so I put them at the bottom- liriano pitched about 15 games and felix was starting to come out of his shell when he hurt his elbow

This is a great question!
1. Young-easy choice, the man himself
2. Johnson- power
3. Spahn-finesse
4. Paige
5.Mathewson(only because his first name is Christy)
1. Clemens-no brainer, 7 solid innings every game
2. Johnson-left handed power is a rare thing
3. Maddux-amazingly versatile and just hits spots like no other
4. Martinez
5. Schilling-overrated and I just can't stand him at all
1. Ryan-it's not a question, its a fact
2. Gibson-absolute phenom
3. Seaver- total package
4. Koufax
5. carlton
Felix Hernandez, and Fransico Liriano
1. Oswalt-I don't care what people say, he is the best pitcher going these days over the past 4 years
2. Santana-dominant and just has nasty stuff
3. Peavy- just better than the last two overall
4. Hernandez- well, because Liriano had only one season so far
5. Liriano-dont get me wrong, good stuff, but we need to see more from this guy before we all get happy in the pants.
