there is a house in minnesota selling for $4,250,900.00 ! it doesnt have any bathrooms or bedrooms only a kitchen and one great big living room w/2 garages! thats so dumb who is going to buy a house w/out a bathroom or bedroom!

People's needs & desires vary, unless you're in the market for a 4 million plus dollar house, don't fret.
On the other hand, it is kind of unusual.
How did they get final inspection, (occupancy), without a bathroom?
Does it have an MLS number?

Yes, some "fixer-uppers" can be a bit pricey, depending on the neighborhood.....:)
