After being an attorney for 13+ years and being a moron from time to time, you learn not to take yourself too seriously and roll with the punches. God, can I used any more cliches in one sentence?
I'm a dork sometimes and can admit. Yes, I've been to Star Trek conventions. I'm even teaching my daughter to appreciate 80s music and the original Star Trek. I can laugh at myself quite nicely.

It only comes with age when parents didn't do there proper job. I have a house full of kids willing to laugh at themselves...its part of learning.

Maybe it comes with age. I laugh at how stupid I am many times a day. Well, okay, not stupid, but things I should know NOT to do.

I laugh at myself all the time, and I'm only 18. If I didn't, I would be even crazier than I already am.

I laugh at myself, sometimes its the only thing that will keep you sane. If I say or do something really stupid I don't get pissed about it, I just laugh it off.

I like to think that I'm able to laugh at myself... I'm 18...
I try not to take myself too seriously, hehe. Whenever something embarrassing happens I try to think "What a great story this will make!" hahha. (not that I always succeed)

I laugh at myself first, that way it doesn't bother me so much when people I don't know point and laugh.
