I wouldn't, I'd actually love it more.

I own a few DOZEN pets, and I think they're all handicapped!
I always fight for the underdog!
I once bought a rat from a pet store, purely because I overheard the assistant saying that it was going to be fed to the snakes because it had a hole in its ear and it's back, left leg didn't work.
It ended up costing me $80 for the cage, but my little Gypsy was one of the best pets I've ever had!

I think it's natural to "feel" the handicap, and to relate with the animal closer. I would do the same thing ; )

It depends on the personality of the animal. I would not dislike it because of the handicap.

I would love it more. I remember on the first season of drew carey (I love him!), when his character had a handicapped dog.

I'm with you, I would love it more. I have a soft heart when it comes to injured or homeless animals. I always got in trouble when I was little for bringing home strays!

i would love it the same if not more i love my pets they are my baby's i have 3 dogs and a cat i just lost a dog that i had for 6½ years due to that dog food and i cried my eyes out i miss him so much.....
