No. I have a cyst on my testicle and they did an ultrasound on it when I was 15, not cancerous. Now I'm 26 and feeling great. Go see a doctor immediately. If you're being serious, this could be cancer.

It sounds like you could have some major problems. I would go to my family doctor and the get a referral to a urologist and go from there.

umm this isn't normal at all. i doubt it's a third testicle, so you should definitly go get that checked out. you may be deveping a kind of testicular cancer. lumps in this region are not good.
