What?
Evil is a human concept. What we consider evil may not be to other forms of life. Moreover, there is no free will, only an illusion of free will.

First let me make it clear that it has not been proved as yet that there are any other life forms which are equal to or superior than the human race in intelligence. So the basic premise of your question is unsustainable. Evil can take many different connotations. A deadly snake bite may be considered as evil equal in intensity to that of a gun shot from a human being. But the snake bites for its self defence or any other behavioural cause which can be explained by naturalists. Humans on the other hand shoot to kill another human being or animal. Hence the latter is decidedly evil whereas the former is not. Finally we don't have any definitive proof of any super intelligent extra terresterial life form.
