I use my glasses when I want to see something far or see the board at school. I know that my eyesight will not improve 100% but I do want some sort of noticeable improvement. I don't want to wear my glasses anymore, its making my vision worse becuase my eyes are depending on it, any suggests?

well first of all the glasses are not making it any worse, unfortunately they are not improving it either. I have heard carrots have vitmain A and they sometimes help, otherwise, it is a genetic problem and will proceed as you are detined. If you are truly serious to get rid of your glasses then talk to your parents and see an ophthalmologist, seek adives about the best age to consider lasik surgery if appropriate for you, good luck

Eyesight is only degenerative. The only way to actually improve it is through surgery. Glasses and contacts don't make anything worse, but if you have the wrong prescription, they can cause eye strain which is a separate problem altogether. If your prescription is right, though, they correct your eyesight without any ill effects. Carrots don't help your eyesight in the way you're implying. They let you have better night vision because beta caratine lets you regenerate the photopigments for your rod cells.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/3e16f
