You can try http://www.ibm.com (under the support section) or http://www.driverguide.com (requires registration before you can download any drivers but it's free).

Is that an IBM system?
it should have a machine type and model number somewhere on the case. Usually in the form ####-XXX where # is a number and X is a character or number.
Either that or look for an IBM part number. It will be 7 digits, third digit a letter, the rest numbers. ##X####
Then go to www.ibm.com or www.lenovo.com. Click on Support. If you have the machine type, put it in the appropriate box. If you have a part number, put it in the search field.
