haha. my pulse has always been high even though my blood pressure is great. it sounds pretty normal though what you're going through. as long as it's not a constant pain and constant lack of breath. you should definitely take it slow while you're adjusting to pregnancy. you didn't say how far along you were but in the middle stages, most cramps you feel are likely your ligaments stretching. you might also want to keep a snack on you at all times. in my 4th month i had a fainting spell because apparently my blood sugar dropped or something like that. =P
oh well. hope that helps... oh yeah. always talk to your ob just to make sure. you can't depend wholly on whatever you read off the interenet ^_~

Around the 2nd and beginning of my 3rd trimesters, I had a racing heartbeat when I was doing nothing but lying down. My preg sis had the same thing too. It has to do with our heart pumping more blood because of the baby and it is perfectly normal. Sometimes it was so hard I thought my heart was going to pump out of my chest!

Yes yes and yes. Your body needs more air so you sometimes feel out of breath. You have a lot more fluid in your blood stream so if sometimes feels like your heart is racing. And your muscles are stretching a lot so there can be all kinds of little cramps. Pregnancy isn't all glowing and shopping, but its worth it.

Yes, everything (your organs, like your lungs) are being pushed together to make room for the baby. Thats why you are feeling out of breath. It can be when you are doing something simple as well. As long as you don't feel faint you are fine, other wise call you doctor.

I'm 16 weeks and I get winded when I walk upstairs lately. Doc says it's normal.
Also the cramps are your uterus stretching to make room for baby!
Any concerns at all tho please don't hesitate to call your Dr.! Better safe than sorry. I call almost weekly!

It's normal to have difficulties with breathing as you have more blood volume and need to breath deeper breaths now. Blood pressure is often a problem too due to the same reason... but check with your doctor as s/he might be able to help you with these with meds or exercises... as for pain, it shouldn't hurt unless you are referring to when your pelvis starts moving... but that doesn't hurt the tummy.... if you mean period-like pain... once again normal due to extra blood... but call your dr.

OMG I am experiencing the same thing right now and I hate it! I asked my gyn and he said it is normal but you should start to worry if you start weezing because then you and your baby are not getting the proper amount of air. He/she will probably give you an inhaler. Good luck.
