Does anybody know when the next Frozen Dead Guy Day Festival is being held?

Its held in Nederland, Colorado I think every year. Its for a man named Bredo Morstoel who stopped breathing in 1989. I need to know what date it's on in 2008.

Frozen Dead Guy Days normally occurs during the first full weekend (Friday through Sunday) in March. However, the 2007 festival was held March 9-11, the second weekend, and I cannot find an explanation for why. The first full weekend in March, 2008, will be the 7th through the 9th, because March 1 is a Saturday next year.
