Of course I would forgive them, but it would just take ages for me to learn to trust them again fully! Everyone should learn to forgive if someone asks for that forgiveness cause no one is perfect and most of us has done something wrong by someone else at some stage in our lives so therefor, it's pretty hypicritical if can't forgive!

Well im a pretty forgiving person but its been 4yrs since my ex did that to me and so far ive only half forgiven. It just really depends how bad and who it is and how sorry they are.

Yes, it is not easy but it is even harder to carry the burden of anger with you. The other person likely does not care if you are upset with them or not.
