How old is "older"? Most people in Vegas were boomers or elderly, and families with kiddies. I am in my 20's and I thought Vegas was BOR-ING! But I am from NY so...Try show. There is a lot of free entertainment at the hotels as well. Pen and Teller is good, maybe Tom Jones, Cirque Du Soleil (awesome) or the Blue Man Group? Walking around the Venetian was fun, and so was eating out in Vegas. There are lots of good restaurants. Try going to the MGM Grand and see the lions (its free). The Monte Carlo has a good brewery and an aquarium ($). The Flamingo hotel has penguins and Flamingos on their patio and the Circus Circus has circus acts all day (free).

The best free things in Vegas:
Bellagio Fountains!
The rain shower in Aladdin. The traveling caravan show in the Aladdin. Window shopping in Ceasar's Palace - most valuable retail space per foot in the world! Pirate show at Treasure Island. The volcano at the Mirage. The living statues in the Venetian.

If you love seafood - go the seafood buffet at the Rio.
EXCELLENT. Was about $25 a person (six years ago).
